Tibetan Tantric Yoga is the oldest style of yoga practiced by the monks of Tibet. The word Tantric
means “to weave” and the word Yoga, means “to unite”. This particular style of yoga
incorporates a series of 108 postures which are purposefully and intentionally put
together to release toxins (trapped energy), while aligning the spine. There is an equal
portion of balance, strength and flexibility woven to flow throughout the series; uniting
the body, mind and spirit. It is designed for any level, physique, and age. Modifications are
incorporated to promote classes that encompass all ages, levels and genders.
